August 2011 - Bfit Challenge 2012 - Get ready now!

BFIT CHALLENGE 2012 !! ARE YOU READY???

Now is the time to start planning for your 2012 Health and Fitness Goals. Our team is already preparing the ciricullum and criteria that will be in place for next years BFit Challenge.

WHAT IS BFIT??

The BFit Challenge is a 5 month comprehensive health and fitness program. It encompasses all aspects of how to live a fit and healthy lifestyle. THe program was created for 3 reasons: 1) To get you RESULTS and 2) To teach you how to get healthy and fit and make it a lifelong habit. 3) To create a supportive team of friends for you to workout and bond with. The group workouts also keep you accountable.

NO only will you get incredible results, but you will learn eavery aspect of how to make this a lifestyle approach. This is NOT a quick fix or fad diet. You don't eat boxed meals or take pills instead of food. You will NOT count calories, you will NOT be starving nor will you get bored with your food options. You will learn how to use weights and make it FUN!!! You will try classes and exercises that you have never tried before. You will be pushed, challenged and taught. YOu will make new friends and mostly, see the fat drop of your body and be in smaller size clothes.

If you are looking for results, education, fun and accountability then this is the LAST program that you wil ever have to do. BFIT is realistic. It's not a quick fix. or fad diet. If all you needed was a pill to feel healthy and be skinny, don't you think we'd all be healthy and skinny??? Don't you think Oprah would have found it by now??? Getting healthy and fit takes work, but knowledge is the key. Once you learn how your body works, then the fun begins. Now you can be in control of your body instead of your body being in control of you.

Wouldn't it be nice to have ABS of steel like this all year around? It's all about the Diet and supplementation. Here you will learn what my nutrition consists of. What supplements I use and when I take them throughout the day. You will get to learn about my diet and what it looks like on the off season and while I'm training for a show. Currently, I am maintaining, so I am not counting calories nor am I being super strict. Just following my maintainance rules which is.......
1) eat every 3-4 hours,
2) always eat carbs and protein at Every meal or snack and
3) 2 cheat meals a week. When I say cheat meals, that's meals that my body is not used to eating (Pizza, Ice Cream, etc.). Even though have a cheat meal is nice, I don't really crave these types of foods anymore. It's more just to trick/shock my metabolism and keep it used to having different foods.
4) Drink alot of water
5) lighten up on my workouts (cut back 2 days)
6) no sugar or high glycemic carbs after 6pm, except on 1 of my cheat meals.
